ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Master of Science in Management and Leadership program offers flexibility in its completion, allowing students to choose between a one-year format, taking two courses per session, or a two-year format, with one course per session. With six start dates available each year, students can begin their studies immediately, accommodating their schedules and career goals.

Graduates of the MSML program may pursue a variety of impactful leadership roles, including positions such as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Executive Director, Senior Vice President of Operations, Director of Strategy and Business Development, Global Program Manager, and Corporate Training and Development Manager. These roles enable graduates to drive organizational success and lead teams with strategic vision and expertise.

  1. Students will evaluate and critically analyze leadership theories to predict leader actions and their subsequent impact on organizational behavior.
  2. Students will synthesize and adapt proven principles and strategies to innovatively drive organizational success.
  3. Students will design and implement advanced conflict management and mitigation strategies.
  4. Students will critically assess and integrate ethical principles in complex leadership and management decision-making scenarios.
  5. Students will formulate and execute comprehensive strategic plans to optimize organizational performance.
