Rocklin, CA
Staff Positions
Provide administrative support to the VPAA/CAO by coordinating information among the School Deans and by supporting academic processes and procedures, initiatives and program development, and events and operations. This is a 100% on-campus position.
The Director of Donor Development implements, executes and evaluates the annual fund and donor/alumni/parent relations annual campaigns. Responsible for managing a portfolio of leadership and major donors as well as the Advancement’s communication streams through all platforms, in order to raise consistent and annual contribution to the Jessup Fund and additional WJU fund allocations.
Due to the importance of departmental interaction and team unity, this position requires attendance in person/on campus at least 50% of the time. Off campus work subject to approval of supervisor.
The Graphic Designer – Tier II provides design support for University projects and initiatives, and specific Advancement priorities. The designer will work in a fast-paced environment as part of a dynamic team producing various types of marketing and communications collateral (print and digital), ensuring brand consistency and the Jessup standard of excellence with high aesthetic understanding and artistic proficiency. With a mix of creative design and marketing skills, the Graphic Designer must be self-motivated, highly organized, work well individually and on a team, and be skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously. The designer must be able to work under deadlines while maintaining flexibility, displaying initiative, contributing creative ideas, and providing project leadership as needed.
This position is a minimum of 60% in person, on campus with some remote work opportunities and is required to be available for on campus meetings, team collaboration, and other needs.
The Maintenance Technician I is an entry-level position in the Facilities Department with duties of maintenance, service, and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, electrical, and vehicle servicing. The Maintenance Tech I will execute work orders and complete general facilities cleaning and maintenance.
The University Advancement Officer (UAO) is a member of the Advancement Team and is responsible for securing financial resources for William Jessup University. The primary focus is meeting and working with donors and prospects with significant giving capacity to accomplish their giving objectives in the form of leadership, major, special and planned gifts. The UAO will engage in and be responsible for all aspects of the donor development cycle including donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, acknowledgment, church partnership and stewardship. This income-generating position reports directly to the Vice President of Advancement, in collaboration with the internal stakeholders, Director of Church Relations and University President. Position requires ability to travel and occasionally includes evening and weekend responsibilities to be successful.

Athletics Positions
The purpose of the Head Coach – Men’s Basketball position is to develop Christ-centered excellence, to mentor and challenge student-athletes to grow spiritually (discipleship), academically, athletically, to provide opportunities for Christian service through the medium of basketball and to be consistently competitive at the championship level. This position is responsible for initiating, developing and leading all aspects of the Men’s Basketball program, such as compliance, recruiting, scheduling opponents, practice sessions, individual training, and coaching team members. This position provides support for specific internal operations for the athletic department and must abide by rules and regulations established by Jessup University and applicable national and conference legislations.

Faculty Positions
The School of Business is seeking a full-time core faculty member for the Bachelor of Accountancy (BAcc), and Bachelor of Business Degree Programs to advance the mission of William Jessup University. The candidate will be involved in the quality preparation and delivery of course material, curriculum development, and program expansion. The candidate must demonstrate proven leadership, and pedagogical expertise. There is also potential for the candidate to become the lead faculty within the BAcc program. This is a tenure track position, beginning with a rank of assistant professor. This position is campus based in Rocklin (100%).
William Jessup University has a new and rapidly growing computer science department. The faculty member will have the opportunity to help shape the curriculum by delivering courses from a wide range of undergraduate computer science topics based on experience and interest. The development of new courses in the candidate’s area of expertise is encouraged.
