He has advised and consulted with Fortune 500 companies as well as served as a consultant to several emergent, soon‐to‐be privatized Russian companies.

In Asia, he has served as the director and executive director of several regional Asian companies. Richard sees teaching at William Jessup University as being the tip of the spear in helping fulfill Romans 12:2, “ Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think”. His inspiration comes from Psalms 71:18, “Now that I am old and gray, do not abandon me, O God. Let me proclaim your power to this new generation, your mighty miracles to all who come after me”.

He is also active in community service. In Malaysia and Singapore, Richard served on the national board of Habitat for Humanity and was active in various causes related to environmental preservation in the region. Currently, he attends Bayside Church in Granite Bay, CA. He is also involved with Cru, Compassion International, and Wycliff, Faith Comes by Hearing, as well as several other global ministries.
