With a focus in population health and integrated delivery systems my results-oriented style drives improvement in physician relations, market share, corporate culture, financial performance, and quality of care.
As a servant leader I focus on creating a learning environment to empower physicians and staff to achieve results greater than what they thought they could achieve.
