Biography:

Holly Carlson has been a Registered Nurse since 2013. She has experience in the hospital, skilled nursing, mental health, outpatient, and home health settings. She is a Certified Nurse Educator, a Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse, and a Certified Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse. She is actively involved in the Pacific Coast Region of the Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse Society. 

Holly has been in clinical education since 2018 and prelicensure nursing education since 2022. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Ministry at Kairos University with a practice project focusing on building resilience in nurses. Holly is passionate about equipping and empowering the next generation of nurses to fulfil their calling to care for the physical, mental, and spiritual health of their patients.

In her free time, Holly is actively involved in her church community, loves to crochet, and enjoys sitting on her front porch with her husband and children.
