Jessup Volleyball Scrimmages at Sun City Lincoln Hills

Jessup Warriors aren’t just making a difference on the court, field or arena. They are impacting our surrounding community in a variety of ways that many people might not be aware of.

In preparation for the start of the Jessup women’s volleyball season last September, the team once again engaged in an annual tradition that involves playing with residents at Sun City Lincoln Hills for a competitive game of water volleyball. The experience is both motivational and fun, especially as the teams build ongoing relationships.

Sun City Lincoln Hills is home to approximately 150 inspiring seniors who gather at their clubhouse pool to engage in the competitive sport. This is a serious group of people who get together five times a week, playing for three hours at a time. The team is very dedicated to sharing their love of the game along with their desire to remain active. One of the players is an impressive 91-year-old who is demonstrating that it’s never too late to get involved!
