SCHOLARS EVENT

The University offers you a chance to compete for the most distinguished achievement awards. These awards include our prestigious William Jessup University Scholar award and Program Scholar award. Below you will find minimum qualifications and instructions for each scholarship.

As soon as you finish your Application to the University, you can apply to be invited and possibly have a chance to become a #JessupScholar.

*Current students will need to speak to the Financial Aid office for opportunities available to them at finaid@jessup.edu

The William Jessup Scholar

The William Jessup Scholar award, named after our founder, is for students who have achieved academic excellence and are committed to becoming change agents in the world through servant leadership, ingenuity, and unwavering faith in Christ.


Award Amount: Full Tuition
*Renewable each academic year as long as recipient maintains a 3.5 GPA


Minimum Qualifications
3.8+ GPA
1300+ SAT Score (composite) — OR– 29+ ACT Score (composite)
First-time-freshman status & entry date to Jessup University of Fall 2020
Completion of the following:
The online application and essay prompt (link below)
Submit a Jessup University application for admission
Turn in your High School Transcripts and Test Scores

Program Scholar

Each academic program at Jessup University offers a program-specific scholar award. These awards honor students who strive for academic excellence, are pursuing their purpose with passion, and seeking to be a light in the world.


Award Amount: $3,000
*Renewable each academic year as long as recipient maintains a 3.0 GPA


Minimum Qualifications
3.0+ GPA
1060+ SAT Score (composite) — OR– 21+ ACT Score (composite) *First time freshman only*
Fall 2020 entry for Traditional Undergrad Programs
Completion of the following:
The online application and essay prompt (link below)
Submit a Jessup University application for admission
Turn in your High School Transcripts, Test Scores (first time freshman), and College Transcripts (transfers)
