Students in the BS in Strategic Leadership program will be enabled to understand and provide transformational leadership in the culture and the church. This degree program grows from a core leadership curriculum, followed by an opportunity for students to choose from five specializations and concentrations: Ministry Leadership, Global Leadership, Youth Ministry, Business Leadership and an Interdisciplinary option.

Jessup’s Leadership program is a carefully sequenced degree designed to prepare you for transformational leadership in a range of life settings, including the local church and marketplace. This degree program provides a core curriculum in transformational leadership and allows you to choose from a variety of ministry specializations and concentrations, along with other fields of interest.

About the Program

Accessible through our innovative AI platform, this program allows students to utilize cutting-edge technology to gain hands-on experience while mastering each course. Faculty in this program are leaders in their field and will provide current and relevant learning opportunities that bridge the gap between academy and industry.

Interdisciplinary Specialization: 18 units

In special circumstances, students may pursue an Interdisciplinary Specialization, combining interests in two or more disciplines (e.g., Leadership, Psychology, Business, Public Policy). Courses are selected and approved by the faculty advisor. At least 9 units must be upper division.

Interdisciplinary Specialization (18 units)

In special circumstances, concentration courses are selected/approved by an advisor for unique needs. The Interdisciplinary Specialization allows a student to combine interests in two or more disciplines (e.g., Leadership, Psychology, Business, Public Policy). Courses are selected/approved by the faculty advisor; at least 9 units must be upper division.
