Admissions Counselor
The Admission Counselor is responsible for the recruitment of undergraduate and/or graduate students, immediately responding to inquiries within the same business day and using value propositions to convert inquiries into enrolled students.
Position is primarily on campus with some remote days that may be possible. Normal working hours will be 40 hours per week with a schedule established M-F between the hours of 8am-6pm. Some travel and weekend hours may be required.
Associate Director of Student Financial Services
The Associate Director of SFS is responsible for managing and administering financial aid programs in compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. This role involves counseling students and families on financial aid options, ensuring timely and accurate processing of aid applications, and providing support in financial aid operations, including disbursement and reconciliation processes. The Associate Director of SFS will also supervise staff members and collaborate with other departments to improve services and the student experience.

Enrollment Representative
The Enrollment Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for prospective students, engaging them through phone, chat, and text communications. This role is pivotal in delivering outstanding customer service, capturing essential information, and facilitating a smooth transition to our Enrollment Coaches. Extensive knowledge and background in sales performance are strongly preferred along with general knowledge and work experience in higher education.
Enrollment Systems Manager
The Enrollment Systems Manager ensures that all systems and technologies are effectively supporting the enrollment division’s operations. This position will manage the setup and monitoring of various communication campaigns, including dialer campaigns, text messaging, and chat functions, while also addressing ad hoc systems and technology needs.
Normal office hours will be primarily on campus between 8 am and 6 pm Monday through Friday, PST. Some remote options may be available as determined by the supervisor.
IT Tech I
The Tech I is responsible for providing Tier 1 technical assistance and support related to the CRM platform and computer systems. This position responds to service requests, isolates problems, determines and implements solutions. Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring
outstanding customer service by providing direct support to students, faculty and staff.
Due to the importance of departmental interaction and team unity, this position requires attendance in person/on campus at least 80% of the time. Off campus work subject to approval of supervisor. Work hours: Full time, 40 hours a week, 8 hour shifts varying between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, as well as flexibility to work outside of standard work hours, including weekends.
Landscape Manager
The Landscape Manager is primarily responsible for university landscape and systems, including trees, shrubs, turf, irrigation, and all other plant life. Oversight of the landscape includes managing vendors in addition to in-house staff. As a member of the Facilities team, the Landscape Manager serves to support the larger goals of the University by providing landscaping expertise for various building related expansion and maintenance projects.

The Director of Campus Donor Development is responsible for leading successful fundraising initiatives, managing teams, and implementing strategy across the Advancement Department. The Exercise Science Program’s mission is to serve and lead within the health, fitness and sports industry with a Christ-centered perspective. The Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science program provides a sound liberal arts background and an area of academic specialization, with an associated foundation of understanding and competencies in the discipline with an integrated Christian worldview.
