The part-time Assistant Residence Director (ARD), in support of the living area Residence Director (RD), will provide live-in leadership and oversight of students living in the Village residence halls (primarily male residents). Additionally, the candidate will help provide oversight of resident advisor staff, provide development of discipleship and support programs for residents, a partner in the development of educational co-curricular programs to augment student learning, address code of conduct issues, and provide oversight of residence hall facility and university property during the academic year.

The role of the Director of Campus Ministries is to oversee and champion spiritual formation practices and programming for the campus community. Success metrics will be evaluated on the basis of annual goal achievement of responsibilities. Offices relating to and that work in cooperation with this role include the President, Provost, Student Life, faculty, Athletics, University Advancement and Church Relations. The Director of Campus Ministries will provide direct supervision and leadership to the University’s Campus Ministries personnel, including the Assistant Director and Coordinator for Campus Ministries, University Chaplains, and interns. Therefore the Director of Campus Ministries must affirm the University Community Covenant in word and deed and be above reproach in both their personal character and professional life.

Under general supervision of the Assistant Controller, the General Ledger Accountant will be responsible for general accounting functions including preparing journal entries, entering deposits, maintaining balance sheet schedules and ledgers and account and bank reconciliations in accordance with GAAP and University policy. Assists with monthly closings, account analysis and supports the Assistant Controller in carrying out the responsibilities of the Business Office.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the University Retail Store, Online Store and Online Textbook Store. The store manager is responsible for the overall culture of the store ensuring all staff represent and embrace the store and university culture and goals ensuring the highest level of integrity, responsiveness and customer excellence. The Store Manager is the liaison to departments across campus ensuring textbook adoptions and deliveries are completed on time. Engages store in university-sponsored events. The Store Manager is responsible for hiring, training and supervising a team of student workers.Primary driving force behind providing exceptional customer service and developing student staff, store layout and organization, and careful budgeting and execution of sales goals.

As a member of the William Jessup University marketing department a marketing generalist supports the day to day production needs of the marketing department. Primary duties include supporting the Jessup.edu WordPress backed Jessup.edu website, producing and updating digital and print designs and assisting in facilitating marketing events and meetings. The marketing generalist should be an organized, proactive team player that provides continuous support to those around them.

To perform various functions with student accounts and to provide high-level customer service to students of online programs at William Jessup University. The position is demanding and requires a high degree of patience, initiative and self-management to respond to the range of functions and tasks required while maintaining a friendly and professional manner at all times.

The Sports Information Director will lead, administer, oversee, and conduct all key resources to promote student-athletes and Jessup Athletics to the public via print and online resources. Additionally, this person will be responsible for staffing, supervising, and ensuring game management requirements are met for all active Jessup sports programs. The Sports Information Director will maintain compliance with all Athletic Department, University, and NAIA policies and regulations.

The Coordinator of Child Development is a key member of the School of Education leadership team. This position is responsible for leading, implementing and evaluating the Child Development program.
