Heidi Panella

With over 25 years of experience in labor and delivery and postpartum care, Heidi brings both clinical expertise and heart to her role at Jessup University. She is a nursing educator who loves to make learning interactive and engaging, helping students connect theory to practice while developing strong critical thinking skills. Heidi is passionate about preparing future nurses to deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

She values the opportunity at Jessup to integrate faith, scholarship, and service, encouraging students to see nursing as both a professional calling and a way to serve others.

Outside the classroom, Heidi is a proud mother of two who enjoys yoga, family game nights, and movie marathons. She strives to model balance and connection, inspiring students to find joy and purpose in their nursing journey.
