Biography:

Erin Hill is a tenured professor at Jessup University, specializing in strategic and legal project management, as well as cyber data retention. She leads the university’s Project Management Office and actively participates in the Higher Education IT Strategy Leadership Council, contributing to the development of white papers, policy recommendations, and virtual events. With over two decades of teaching experience, Professor Hill has designed more than 100 courses across various formats. Her scholarly contributions include published legal research, and she maintains certifications by speaking at continuing education seminars with licensed attorneys and certified paralegals.

In addition to her academic career, Professor Hill has extensive experience as a business owner, executive, and consultant. She has also served in various leadership roles within her local churches, including Bible study leader, Crown & Financial Peace coach, Sunday school teacher, and worship leader. A classically trained pianist and vocalist, she is married to Daniel, a Jessup alumnus, and they have two daughters, Elizabeth and Leah. Professor Hill’s professional achievements include being named Jessup University’s Faculty of the Year in 2018, as well as ITT Instructor of the Year in both 2012 and 2014. She finds great joy in witnessing her students uncover the purpose of their calling from the Lord and share it with others.
