Beth Litwak, MFA
Biography:
Beth Litwak is a bi-coastal arts leader and theatre practitioner who has been producing work across the nation for over 20 years and in NYC for the past 10. An artistic renaissance woman, Beth has worked in many facets of the industry with notable companies like Cherry Lane (NYC), Williamstown Theatre Festival, Virginia Shakespeare Festival, Round House, People’s Light, The Classic (CA), and Americana Theatre Co.; and, has been mentored by renown theatre luminaries Angelina Fiordellisi (Founding Producing Artistic Director, Cherry Lane Theatre) and Zak Berkman (Producing Artistic Director, People’s Light).
As an advocate for mentorship in arts education, Beth has developed and directed many programs including Regent University’s Creative Arts Mentorship Program, Virginia Shakespeare Festival’s Summer Camp Program, and Round House Theatre’s first Devised Theatre Artist’s Lab.
Beth also serves as Founder and Producing Artistic Director of Theatre For Humanity and is on the board of The Classic (CA), is a new work scout for Broadway producers, In Fine Co., and was a producer for A Play A Day In May (IG:@aplayadayinmay). Beth is an Associate Member of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society.
