Solar Sustainability
Improving Energy Efficiency and Campus Parking
Our world needs Christ-honoring leaders who are experts in their field, leading with inspiration, innovation, empathy and care. What we do today to change our region, state and nation is up to us. Jessup is focused on quality, affordability, sustainability and transformation. There are a few campus renovations and upgrades in our sights that will address the problems of affordability, campus accessibility, student recruitment, campus beautification and mission sustainability.
Over the last few years, Jessup leadership has researched ways to address these issues using solar energy. Recently, we have been getting closer to deploying plans that will drastically reduce our energy expenses, repair our roofs, beautify the campus entrance, install new electric vehicle (EV) stations, build a new guard station, pave gravel parking lots and upgrade campus-wide lighting to LED efficiency.
We invite you to positively influence through what God has given you to change the lives of future leaders.

When we partner, we start a new chapter for Jessup University and Christ-centered higher education in our region. We have secured around $1 million in solar incentives, but we need $1.4 million to complete the project ($480K for parking, $800K for LED lighting across the campus and $150K for the campus entrance beautification). We can only do this together, and only with you can we achieve our goal. By joining us in our mission, you will transform lives and shape the world to the glory of God.
Your investment in this project will transform the campus, make tuition more affordable, provide Jessup margin and create a more sustainable mission and campus.
Our impact cannot be accomplished in isolation. Our administration, staff and faculty serve the mission and our students with their God-given skills and passion to pour into the lives of future leaders.
Our vision to redeem world culture can only be achieved with the prayers and support of our community who invest their time, talents and resources.
