Under the general supervision of the Registrar, perform a wide variety of duties pertaining to the maintenance and integration of information systems and software applications to support and automate the operations of the Office of the Registrar.  Position requires reporting, scheduling, data entry, data/process/systems analysis and management, training, website updates, and technical communication.

This position is responsible for managing the Learning Management System (LMS) for all Adult Degree Completion and assigned graduate courses, ensuring that courses are created and visible to faculty and students in a timely manner, with complete and relevant curriculum. This position also provides tech support for all ADC synchronous online courses, acts as the project manager for WJU’s textbook vendor for all ADC and graduate program courses, provides logistical leadership and support for a number of ADC and Grad events, as well as assisting with the supervision of student workers.

Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Admission, the primary responsibilities of the Data and Admissions Coordinator are to coordinate and execute a comprehensive data flow through a variety of software systems and office operations for the Admissions Office. This individual is also responsible for managing aspects of the day to day communication system including inquiry sorting and management, and contact cycles to prospective students. Responsible for planning and implementing training of new and existing student employees.

The executive assistant’s role is to support the Provost office in the general management of academics and to provide academic support, assist with special projects and support policies, processes and procedures in regards to academic initiatives and program development.   This position works on-campus and the hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (M-F).

The Major Gifts Officer (MGO) is a member of the Development team and is responsible for securing financial resources for William Jessup University. The primary focus is meeting and working with donors and prospects with significant giving capacity to accomplish their giving objectives in the form of annual giving, major and planned gifts. The Major Gift Officer will engage in and be responsible for all aspects of the donor development cycle including donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, acknowledgment, church partnership and stewardship. This income-generating position reports directly to the Senior Director of Development, under the strategic vision of the Chief Development Officer, in collaboration with the internal stakeholders, Director of Church Relations and University President.  Position requires ability to travel and includes evening and weekend responsibilities to be successful.

Provide primary institutional support for the annual budget and forecasting process and provide continuous monitoring of departmental budget variances throughout the year.  Support the creation of the five year forecasting models, including creating and maintaining profitability models in the budget software.  Primary administrator of Adaptive Insights budget and forecasting software.

To perform various functions with student accounts and to provide high-level customer service to students of graduate and online programs at William Jessup University. The Director of Online Instruction will be a dynamic and proactive leader. The new faculty candidate will have the opportunity to shape new courses and overall direction of the curriculum by delivering courses from a wide range of graduate computer science based on experience and interest.
