Update #6 Eastern Europe

Today was another busy day for our team! Katya and I spent way too long sanding off benches. We fixed the warped planks and coated them with a nice stain. Jennica was very impressed with our work!

Levi had finally had enough with the colony of ants squatting in our room and did a deep clean of the floor.

Chris and Danyelle started to work on the driveway again, meaning that they spent all morning in the sun weeding and making the dirt even.

Levi and Claire cleaned curtains and the basement.

We had a nice Mexican dinner prepared by chefs Rebecca, Claire and Levi. They shooed everyone away from the kitchen to keep it a surprise.

We finished the day off with a nice team walk. Our hotel dog, Luna, decided to tag along. We checked out some new homes nearby and got barked at by 50 different dogs all at once. It was a pleasant trail with a beautiful view of a large field dimly lit by the sunset.

Loving those pictures and your description of the day Vincent! Thanks!!

The Lord bless you all in every task you do! It’s wonderful how God knits our hearts together with others on the same mission! They will be lifelong friends no matter where your lives take you after this trip!
We still have friends from our first missions trip back in 1987.
    Praying for you all! ❤️

Loving the updates. Thank you! Are you all staying at this same location doing these same projects for week 2 also? I can’t remember if you’ll have a different assignment after this week? Anyway, praying blessings on the team as you serve. Side Note- Please be praying for Israel- So much happening right now over there. Also, if possible, I would love to see some pics of the team or anyone from the team with some of the locals you are serving, or pics of the actual hotel & rooms you are staying in to get an inside view of the cultural differences, etc. Blessings!
