Ryan began teaching as an adjunct professor at William Jessup shortly after receiving his MA in Theology from Fuller Seminary’s Sacramento campus. He loves having one foot in the church as a Youth Pastor at the Rock of Roseville, and one foot in the academy as he pursues his PhD part-time at St. Mary’s University in London and teaches at Jessup. His passion in both is discipleship: he loves training up young leaders in the church while simultaneously studying the concept in early Christianity. He and his wife Morgan live in community with other young adults actively seeking to live on mission in Roseville where they also enjoy running, reading, cooking, and watching British crime dramas.
